Are the products authentic?

Yes. We buy our products directly from the manufacturers, and we ship them on their original box and seal.

Do you ship to other countries?

No. We only ship to US continental and APO / FPO / DPO addresses.

Do you charge for shipping?

Only for priority mail orders. If you want to receive your order between 3-5 days, the shipping is FREE.

In how many days will I receive my order?

Normally, items are received 3-5 days after the order is shipped.

Can I receive my order faster?

Yes. You can pay an extra fee for priority mail (1-3 days to receive the order).

Why haven't I received my order?

It is possible that USPS was not able to deliver the order according to the address given by customer. Please check the tracking code to know the status of your order. 

I never received my order

Do not worry. We will find out what happened with your items, and fulfill your order or refund your money.

I changed my mind, can I return the product(s)?

Yes you can. But we will have to charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

I didn't like the product, Can I return it?

Because we are a retailer, we can only guarantee our service and the authenticity of the product, not the results. We do not accept returns of used products.

The item was damaged when received

We will ask you to return the product, for our quality team to review this item. Then, they will authorize a replacement or a refund.
