Information about our store policies


We ship only to US Continental and APO / FPO / DPO addresses, using USPS services.

We offer free shipping. Normally, customers will receive their items 3-5 days after the order is shipped. If a customer want to receive an order sooner, they may pay an extra rate for priority shipping. 

Please verify your address before submitting an order.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30 day return policy, which excludes opened, used or tested products due to sanitation and hygiene issues. These items must be unopened and in new condition. We also do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.

Because we are a retailer and not the manufacturer, we can only guarantee our service and the authenticity of the product, not the results, which is why we do not accept returns for any used products. We do accept returns for defective or damaged products, which must be shipped back to us. Once we receive the merchandise, we can either ship a replacement or issue a full refund. 

For returns where the buyer simply changed their mind, we do accept returns provided the merchandise is in brand new, unused condition. For returns of this nature, we will issue a refund upon receiving the merchandise, minus a 20% re-stocking fee per item.

Write us to our email address, or using the contact form, and explain why do you want to return the product.

2nd Step

According to your specific case, we will give you instructions to begin the returner replacement of your product.

3rd Step

When we receive the product, our quality team will inspect the item and authorize a refund or ship your product replacement.
